Positivity Toolkit

A wonderful set of resources for those experiencing loneliness, especially if housebound. The Positivity Toolkit aims to support people spiritually and emotionally, whilst also encouraging positivity through fun and engaging activities.

Arriving in a cheerful, bright yellow bag, these include a set of cards titled ’50 Ideas of Things to do’, our A5 booklet ‘Guide to Positivity’ and the fabulous A4 ‘Gratitude and Hope Journal’.

They can also include a fun Target Game, scented candle, Mindfulness colouring, Bible Notes, a wooden or knitted holding cross and have scope for personalisation too!

These can be given to an older person as a gift so that they have a form of ongoing mental and emotional support in between calls or visits as well as some gentle entertainment.

If you are currently using our Chaplaincy service or Dementia support – please speak to your Chaplain or Volunteer Lead about how to get hold of a copy.

If you are not currently involved, or live outside of Southampton, please use the order form below.

Give as a gift or use individual items in your work with older people.
